Helvetica Font Issue

The Adobe help desk was correct: you need to have the Helvetica® font installed on your computer to edit the PDF. You might need two or more weights of Helvetica (such as italic and bold), and you might need other fonts entirely (such as Arial or Times New Roman).

You can buy Helvetica fonts from licensed, authorized vendors:

FYI, font foundrys sell fonts for different uses, such as web fonts and desktop fonts for documents. You want the type of font file that you can install on your computer, which is called a "desktop" font or "perpetual license" font.
