Here we go again... acrobat quitting with "the was a RAISE without handler" error

I see old threads that are locked and I cannot reply...

I deleted the plugin as someone instructed. It still crashes.

So my 10 min edits have taken 40 min..

No to be crass, but is there a developer that didnt know how to do soimething?

Please try the troubleshooting steps suggested in the following help document for a crash: https://adobe.ly/4oSmsKe.

If the above suggestion does not work, try reinstalling the application using the following steps:
-Remove the application and run the cleaner tool (https://adobe.ly/4p2B6Pm).
-Reboot the machine
-Install Adobe Acrobat from the following page: https://adobe.ly/47J8djZ.

 

If the issue still occurs, please collect the logs using the diagnostic tool and share the log ID with us.
