Hi all. PDF Pro Text boxes turn into unicode on website. Help!

Hi all,

I took a word document and added text boxes for answer boxes via pdf pro. The form is great in pdf form from my desktop. However when I upload it into my media folder on my wordpress site and link it to the opt-in box, the text turns into unicode. Can this be rectified? Thank you in advance.
