Hi, I need to cancel my Adobe Acrobat Pro plan (if anyone has already done so). Can you tell me if the refund method is a payment made on the card I used to initially pay for my plan? Thank you.

What payment plan did you sign up for? 

Monthly?

Yearly with monthly payments?

If the latter, you are committed for a year. Most likely, you will need to pay for 50% of your remaining balance. 

If you just did a 7-day trial, you can cancel it. (I believe you have a short grace period after the trial ends.)
