Hi, I use the Mac-version of Acrobat Pro 11.0.23. 1. When choosing „Searching for updates“ I get the answer, that it is not possible to make contact to Adobe since months. 2. Will there be an update to a pure 64 Bit-version of Acrobat pro for the upc

All the updates are available on Adobe's FTP site: ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/acrobat/mac/11.x/

As you can see, there are no updates past your version, unless you upgrade to Acrobat DC.

1. There will never be any more updates to Acrobat XI. So 11.0.23 is the last update.

2. Three years ago Acrobat DC was released to replace Acrobat X. It is 64 bit only. It is available in subscription (recommended as it includes upgrades), and perpetual license. There might still be time to get a reduced price upgrade to the perpetual license (called "Acrobat Pro 2017") though it may be too late.
