highlight PDF in Acrobat DC?

I create PDF from print > Microsoft Print to PDF.

But I cannot mark highligt any text in PDF. From property, there is not font information.

May I have advice how to highligt in the PDF?

    When you "Midrosoft Print to PDF," Microsoft is creating the PDF, not Acrobat.

     

    Look for Print to Adobe PDF or use Acrobat Ribbon. If you do not see an Acrobat Ribbon, you are using Acrobat Reader and you cannot create an Adobe Acrobat PDF.

     

    Next, how are you looking at the PDF? Did you open it up with a Microsoft application or an Adobe Application?

    I could print to Adobe PDF, but I cannot highligt text, it just like oval shape.
