Highlight tool - What happened to the text selection tool?

I recently updated Adobe Acrobat Pro DC on my laptop that I don't use too often and when using the highlight tool, it appears I only have the freehand highlight tool. What ever happened to being able to use the text selection tool that would highlight everything that was selected?
