Adobe has the most pathetic support system I have ever seen and I am not blaming the support team. Why does the website say that Adobe DC Cloud is HIPAA compliant when it is not. This is a simple question. All they want to do is upsell to another program--Adobe Sign Enterprise. No one knows what a HIPAA compliance BAA agreement even is. Ridiculous.
