how can I attach a bookmark to a page in my pdf document?

Bookmarks can't be "attached" to pages. They can point to them, though.

To create such a bookmark is very easy: Browse to the target page and press Ctrl+B. A new bookmark will be generated, pointing to the exact location where you created it.
