How can I contact the Adobe Acrobat center? I have a problem regarding my subscription, which I can not solve.

As described in the help center for your, if you cancel your subscription after 14 days after subscription, you will get a refund of 50%. I rarely use Adobe Acrobat, so I don’t need a subscription for one year, so I wanted to canel it within the 14 days. But unfortunately, I could not adminster my subscription, so I could cancel it. It says, that I need to wait, until I can administer it. Now, on the 15th day, I can adminster it. That is not fair.
