How can I create a fillable form from Scratch using Adobe Pro DC?

I am able to find some resources about creating forms from existing documents, but looking for guidance on actually creating the form from scratch. Thank you!

You should not create forms from scratch in Acrobat. It's not built for this task, nor is it suited for it.

Thank you for the feedback, is there a particular app that you would suggest as an alternative?

Word, Excel or InDesign are the usual suspects. Make sure to keep a copy of the original file in case you want to make changes to the layout later on, though.

Thank you Melissa, those resources are great for creating fillable forms from existing forms. I'm looking to start from scratch.

I may need to start with using a different application like word and then convert?
