how can i create a form that moves to the next page as you type

I am able to create a fillable PDF form but what I am trying to do is create a 2 page form that lets you type and move on to the next page when you run out of space on the first page without having to manually move to the next page.  It would be like a report with a header on the first page and a place for you to enter narrative but then automatically continues typing onto second page of form.

This is possible with an Acrobat form to some extent, but it doesn't work very smoothly. There's usually a delay when the field is empty before it jumps to the next field (ie, one character gets lost in the middle) and it doesn't work backwards (ie, pressing Backspace or the Left Arrow in the second field doesn't take you back to the first field).
