Where — and how — you store your PDF will have a significant impact on how possible this can be.

If you don’t mind my asking, what are you trying to accomplish with your opening PDF? Who do you expect will be using the QR code, and why? And in what environment do you expect to store this PDF and grant access to the folks who use the QR code?

Where have you saved the PDF file?

I have not saved at, i want the qrcode to show the pdf, not downloading, that is why i am in search of proper solution.

A QRcode can connect a City, a State, a Country and Whole World, both Physically and Digitally, know it's full power.

If you want to show the PDF on line, you will need to place it on a web page. The viewer can click on it. However, whether it is viewed in browser or downloaded will depend on the browser’s settings.

If it’s not interactive like a form, you can export it as HTML and create web pages from the content. You could also export as PNGs and place them in a web page.
