How can I disable the pre-selected signature fields when using Request E-Signatures?

When using E-Signature, Acrobat will pre-select several fields that it thinks need signature and/or date. Most of the time these are not the correct fields (lots of docs with multiple signature options), and I have to go through and manually delete them throughout the document. Is this a setting I can disable, so all signature fields are manually input?
