How can I duplicate a text box using acrobat pro

Although right-clicking and looking for a 'copy' command doesn't show one, I did select a text markup box, control-c to copy, and control-v which pasted a copy.
For the blue boxes, one possible solution would be to creat a custom stamp (from an image).
