how can I edit the text of a self scanned document with only text

I scanned the document my self create pdf over the scanner.

But then the text is not editable since the whole page is one picture.

If you are using Adobe Acrobat, you can do it using Edit PDF tool.

Go to Tools> Edit PDF. It will convert your picture to editable text. Now you can make any changes.

How about removing and X in the box that exists currently? I see no erase feature.
