When I distribute a form, other users are opening it up within their browser instead of with the full version of Acrobat or the Reader, so the form is not supported.  How can I force my file to open only in Reader and not in people's broswers?  I know how to for my OWN computer, but not for other people's computers.  I don't want them to be able to open it in their browser.

You can't, really.

One way would be to send the file inside a zip archive, which will force them to download it and then open it using the default PDF application on their computer, instead of in their browser.
