How can I hide the page scrolling on an interactive PDF?

How can I hide the page scrolling on an interactive PDF? I would like the pages to be visible only by clicking the selected buttons, but I can't figure out how to do it. Thank you everyone!

PS. Can I do this from the InDesign export?

Scrolling cannot be disabled, you must use layers or page templates.

Use template pages for this. You can spawn and delete this pages.
