Please answer that

Correct answer JR Boulay

Use “Edit in Photoshop”

1. Open the PDF in Acrobat Pro.

2. Select the Edit Tool (Tools > Edit PDF).

3. Right-click the image and choose “Edit Using Adobe Photoshop”.

4. Uses the Neural Filter to increase its size

5. Save and close to transfer changes to the PDF.

But as already said, there's a limit: generating extra pixels is never very good quality.

@german_3779 Increasing the quality of an image that has already been created is limited—you would be better to go back to the original and save it as a high quality PDF. You could try re-saving it s a high-quality PDF, but if the files within the file like images and vector artwork was saved as a smaller sized PDF, chances are it will be a low quality too. For example, you can have a car that is a Yugo or Pinto, and you can't snap your fingers and make it into a Ferrari or Aston Martin.
