How can I prevent form field corruption when using a laptop dock?

Question

After I sleep the laptop with a completed form open, the screen images are corrupted when I dock and undock my computer, leaving only the form field data I have typed in. It will not save the document stating that there is insufficient data, and I have to re-type the form field data into a new copy of the form. If I save it beforehand and close it, I can open it again with no issues. If I save it and leave it open it corrupts the file and I have to basically start over.  Please help.

What version of Adobe Acrobat or Acrobat Reader are you using when filling out the form? Ensure you are working with the latest version, and if you already have the latest version, uninstall and reinstall might work. Also is the form stored on a server? or on your laptop's hard drive? With more information someone might recognise the issue you are seeing and be able to help out better.
