How can I print half an A4 PDF?

Hello,Does anyone know how to print half a PDF document.This is because I buy stamps online from Royal Mail click and Drop service online.  Once I have purchased the stamps, I get a PDF, which contains the stamp and other information.  Only a quarter of the page has to be transferred onto the envelop for postage.  How can I do this?  Is it possible?

So you want printing part of a page...if I understand correctly.

The only important part there is the code validating your e-stamp. I would "snapshot" that part, and paste it in Word or similar, if I would not have more sophisticated methods (like Acrobat DC).

BTW: My postal service provider delivers a PDF in the size of the envelope with no additional information on.
