How can I replace multiple pages with multiple pages

Our previous PDF program (Nuance) allowed me to replace multiple pages at one time with multiple pages.

It does not appear that Acrobat Pro 2017 allows that.

Or, am I missing something about the tool?

This is not for one document.  We have people who do this to many documents on a regular basis - multiple signature pages, replace the blank pages with signed pages, as an example.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Thank you,

Francine

I see. No, that's not possible.

So I can't just select all of the odd pages in my 400 page document and replace them with another file all at the same time?

Sure it does. In the Replace Pages dialog you can select a range of pages

to replace, not just one.

I guess I left out one part of the equation.  My apologies.

Acrobat only allows you to replace the same number of pages.  If I want pages 4-8 (4 pages) with pages 5-11 (6 pages) of another document, Acrobat does not allow that.  In Acrobat, it has to be the same number of pages.  In our previous program, it could be any number (which would constitute really being a replace along with an insert of the new pages) all in one step vs. multiple steps in Acrobat.

I know one can open both documents, display the Navigation Pane and simply drag what is needed and delete what isn't needed, but wanted to make sure there was not another way.

Thanks for taking time to reply.
