Hi everyone!

When you send out a PDF with E-Sign there is the list of recipients on the left ribon and when you start filling in an email address it suggests autofill. How can I reset it? It keeps suggesting irrelevant email addresses

Thanks

@bathen_5806 Resetting the autofill email addresses in the E-Sign (Acrobat Sign) module is notoriously tricky because the addresses are often stored in the Adobe Cloud rather than just your local computer. I would 'remove' those 'irrelevant email addresses!' I would log into the Acrobat Sign Web Portal, and sign in with your Adobe ID, if you haven't logged in yet. Click on your Profile Icon (top right) and select Settings. Look for a section labeled E-Sign Settings or Edit Settings. Within that menu, navigate to Personal Contacts or Address Book.

Find the irrelevant email address in your list. Click the "X" icon or the Trash Can icon on the far right of that specific entry. Confirm the deletion. This removes it from the cloud "Personal Contacts" list, which is the primary source for the autofill suggestions. If an email belongs to someone in your company’s official directory (e.g., your coworker), you generally cannot delete it. These are managed by your IT admin and will always appear as suggestions.

Good luck!
