How can I revert to my previous version of Adobe Acrobat?

For Acrobat Pro:  Why do you have to move EVERYTHING to a different place??  AND you make the text lighter and harder to see!  Seriously, now I have to absolutely relearn EVERYTHING!!  I had 30 minutes to work on a project and I have just spent 45 minutes figuring it out and still have NOT done so!

    I agree.. I have just updated to the latest version of Acrobat Pro on Windows 11 and all the menues have been moved around with the pages moved from Left to Right and Tools from Right to Left... and I don't like it at all... this is change for change sake. How can I revert to the original layout which has been good for over 10 years?

    I have the same problem it's driving me crazy, but I've yet to find a workaround
