How can I setup a PDF document to print A5 size on all printers internal and external?

I dont want the external person to have to choose the paper size to be A5 i want the document to already have the settings set as A5 in the background so that when i send my document out to any external person it always prints to A5 paper size.

As it stands most printers are setup to print on A4 and the document will print in the middle of the A4 page and it is not correct and for this particular instances the submission will not be accepted and we will be out of contention / the running.

This is every very important.

    That's not possible. What if the printer used doesn't take A5 paper? The user is free to choose what paper to use when printing the file.

    You can set the pages themselves as A5, of course, but you can't force someone to print them that way.

    You can change the page size with the preflight tool of Acrobat DC Pro.

    There is no such way to print on A5 paper it doesn't exist in a normal print environment office, home etc, only in an offset or big printing company, so that is not the issue.

    The issue is so that the A5 document that is setup in an A5 manner/way prints on an A4 page properly and doesn't print in the middle of the page but on the top left corner of the page. So having it setup in the back end to print as A5 paper/document im hoping it will come out this way.

    Not sure what you're saying there, but anyway, it's not possible. You can add instructions to your file about how it should be printed, but you can't force it.
