How can I stop the menu bar that pops up at the bottom of the page whenever my cursor goes down there? It constantly gets in the way of my attempt to annotate.

Hi Galens,

As you have mentioned above when you move the cursor at the bottom of the page, the bar pop-ups.

It seems that you have moved the page controls out of the toolbar.

As you do not need that pop-up to appear there, you will need to move it back to the toolbar.

To move the page controls bar, click on the icon marked with a red rectangular box in the screenshot below.
