How can you hit X to 'save as'

Question

I can hit X on another computer after I change a PDF and it asks if i want to save.  I say yes, and takes me to my most recent directories and i click the one i want and it prompts me to change the name.  On my home computer, I hit X and it says do you want to save, i say yes, and my template gets saved with my changes &#128542;
