How can you put a text over a video in a PDF?

Hi,

I am a Mac User. For a presentation i want the slides of my pdf to autoplay videos when i scroll over them. A Full-width video should work as the backdrop to an

information text.

I used Adobe Xi to fill in the videos with rich media, however I cannot overlay them with a text box. After trying to preedit text onto the videos in iMovies i figured that it

won't work proportionwise.

Help is very much appreciated

Best,

Katharina

That's not possible with Acrobat - Adobe is the software publisher, Acrobat is the software. Using the standard video player supplied with Acrobat, the video will always play on top of whatever other content there is on that page. However, with a custom player, you could add overlay text that gets triggered by some event in the document but that would involve developing such a player.
