I work with multi-sheet plans sets and need to replace revised sheets when they are issued, but do not want to loose highlighted items from sheet that has been revised..

Hi Dwayne:

When you replace a page, the highlighting will still be there (you replace the content underneath the annotations) but if the text reflows. they will no longer line up.

Thanks for the help, and I thought it should work that way, however it is not working in my case. I have tried it on a few more sheets in the set, and each once the sheet is replaced it looses the previous highlight.  Is there a setting or format that needs to be changed?
