How do I access Publish a Web Form?

I'd like to publish a web form specifically to use the feature mentioned in Step 4-so that additional participants are defined by the first participant who must supply all email addresses for the subsequent participants.

 

What I currently see in my Adobe Acrobat Pro account is "Create a Web Form" and it requires that I specify email addresses for the signature flow. Do I have the correct license or do I need a different plan to access this feature?

It seems that you are using Adobe Acrobat Sign individual service plan.

The feature to add multiple participants is available in business and enterprise service plans.
