How do I add, insert and cut pages in PDF with Acrobat X Pro?

I have Adobe CS 6. With previous versions there was a very powerful Acrobat Pro that actually seemed "professional". This one is about as good as Acrobat Reader. What's up with that?

In Acrobat X, click on the Tools pane(upper right side) then navigate to Pages - the commands are located there
