How do I allow the hyperlinks when I print to PDF?

Is there a way to get the hyperlinks to print into the PDFs when I  print from either Browsers? I used to get that feature automatically but now I don't

Here's what's so funny. In the "Print Preview" I can click all of them but they don't make it to the final PDF
