How do I change fonts in Acrobat X Standard ver 10.1.16

I have a pdf document, could have been a Word file converted, don't know for sure.

I want to revise and update the pdf, and I need to fonts of the edits to match the original fonts.

I don't find anyway of changing my Font selection or size.

I've read through HELP, but I don't see the examples posted.

PDF files were NOT meant to be edited in such an extended way, but you can attempt it using the Edit Text & Images tool, under Tools - Content Editing.

Revising a PDF is too painful to contemplate. Instead recreate it. You can try exporting to DOC to get your starting point.
