How do I change the Zoom % to 100% or Fit Width when scanning a paper document

I am using Adobe Acrobat 2017 Professional.  I am using a Konica Minolta copy machine to scan to PDF and am wondering if there is a way to set the zoom percent of the scanned image to something higher than 50%?  As it stands, when I perform a scan and the output of the scanned image is displayed within Adobe Acrobat it shows a small version of the document as the zoom level is set to Fit Page.  While it is easy enough to simply click the "Fit Width" or 100%  button or even change the zoom percent by changing the preferences, it would be nice if I could change a setting and have all of my scans automatically be displayed to me at 100% or to Fit Width.

It appears that Adobe has given the capability to change the zoom percent in many different areas but I am unable to find where to modify this zoom percent or zoom setting for scans.
