I am 71 years old, don't understand anything in the FAQ answers...simply need to email a document (4 pages) to a site in France and they won't accept the scanned docs from my printer. Please help.  I bought the basic package for a year last April and have yet figured out how to use any of it.

Then you should be able to do it using this link: https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf

Simply upload your files and they'll be converted to PDF files which you'll then be able to save to your local computer.

What do you mean by "the basic package", exactly? What's the exact name of the service you subscribed to/product you purchased?

PS...the documents are in a jpeg but my scanner allows me to do TIFF, PNG and Bitmap....I have no idea what any of those are and if they are easier to convert...I need PDF.  Thanks again for any help.
