How do I convert an editable PDF to a "scanned" PDF?

I searched for this online but everything I see is for the opposite direction - how to turn PDFs editable, but I'm trying to make an editable PDF a scan that can't be edited with Adobe Pro. I found an old Reddit thread about this, but the main answer just says, "Adobe Pro can do it". Thanks so much!

This is not recommended, but if you really want to do it, export all the pages as image files (use a high-quality format, like PNG), then create a new PDF file from those images.

Alternatively, you might consider locking the PDF for editing so that others can't edit it without the password.
