Question

How do I convert texts from non-embedded fonts to outlines?

I made a PDF with InDesign, and a portion of it includes some proprietary font that allows display but not embedding. I am trying to convert them into outlines so that others in my chatgroup can see the correct formatting, and I don't care whether the contents from other fonts are copyable.

I have tried doing something as in this post: https://community.adobe.com/t5/indesign-discussions/how-to-export-with-letter-contours/td-p/14216510, but it did something completely opposite: success in converting all embedded fonts, but leaving all non-embedded ones unchanged.
