how do I correct error 1042 on a Mac
Hello
I have a 2016 MacBook Pro running OS10.12.3.
Adobe Acrobat Pro 10.1.1 is installed. However, every time I try to update I get the following error message:
"Cannot connect to Adobe update server. Please verify that you are connected to the internet and check for updates again. Error 1042"
I can confirm that my internet connection is working fine for emails and webs browsing.
Any ideas?
