I am using Adobe Acrobat DC.  How do i create a field in a form where users can enter a hyperlink that collaborators can later click on?  Thank you

Use a text field and set it to contain Rich Text Formatting (under Properties - Options). That will allow the user to select some text and convert it to a hyperlink, by pressing Ctrl+E.
