How do I create a pdf printer spread from InDesign

Question

I am trying to create a printer spread from InDesign. I can print booklet to a postscript file but it does not give me the option to print to a pdf file in the ppd menu.  When I try to create a pdf from the ps file, Acrobat does not use the ps file information and creates only half the spread plus the it uses the default of 8.5 x 11 instead of the file size of A4.

This question should be placed on the InDesign forum.

Obviously you're on Mac missing Acrobat PPD. Kindly download Acrobat 9 PPD, place it in the appropriate folder so you can have custom page size for page impositioning at InDesign's Print Booklet feature.
