How do i create an email link in a PDF form that includes the signed PDF?

Hi all,

I'm very new to Adobe.

I have created a form for 'external stakeholders' to fill in and sign.

To make it easy for stakeholders, to make it easier, i am hoping to create a link to an email address at the bottom of the form, that includes the signed PDF.

I can create an email link, but the PDF is not included.

Use the Submit Form action with a mailto URL, for example:

mailto:me@server.com

Make sure to set the submitted format as "The Complete PDF".
