how do i deactivate photoshop elements 10 from my old computer and apply on new computer?
I need to change my photoshop elements 10 to go on my new computer instead of my old one but the serial number lookup tool doesn't register the code.

if you don't have the serial number and you can't retrieve it, you can't activate your program. if your program is still installed on that old computer and you still have access to it, you can use the message 1 links to retrieve the serial number.
p.s. you can expect some (or a lot of) problems using old software like pse 10 with any newer os'es.
