Question

How do I delete a comment but still keep the changes?

Hello. We work with a lot of pdf's that we need to edit and send out, but the other people dont need to see the changes we made before sending out the final product. It started all of a sudden when the 'pencil' comment popped up and indicates where the changes were made. If I delete the comment it undos the changes. Is there a way to delete the comment but still keep the changes we made? It's the newest version of Acrobat Reader, just the standard version.

Hi @Ruan0469

Sorry for the delayed response.

Considering your issue description. It seems you were not editing the file. Instead, you used commenting tools to make the changes, which remained as comments/annotations on the document.

If possible, please share the file with us, and we will review it and share our findings with you.

Please let us know if you have further questions.
