Question

How do I delete document accidentally uploaded to "adobe cloud" by adobe outlook plug-in

In my outlook365 I have  adobe plug-in "Share as a link.  Anyone on the internet with this link can access".

Unfortunately I accidentally managed to click "Yes" and now I have a document somewhere on the internet in an "adobe cloud".   I must delete it as it's a confidential document.

QUESTIONS

1)  Where is this cloud ?      (is there a URL for this "adobe cloud" ?)

2) How to I access it            (what user id / password should I use ? - current adobe log in ?)

3) Can I simply review any/all documents I may have in this cloud and delete them ?

Or is deleting them more complex than that ?   If so, how do I delete ?

4) HOW do I STOP this plug-in from asking to share documents ?

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and thanks fo reaching out. I totally understand your concern. Let me help answer your questions one by one:

1) Where is this cloud?
When you use the "Share as a link" option, the file gets uploaded to Adobe Document Cloud – it's Adobe’s secure online storage. You can access it here: https://adobe.ly/40ruZdk

2) How do I access it?
You can sign in using your Adobe credentials (email and password)

3) Can I review and delete shared documents?
Yes, you can! After logging in at https://adobe.ly/4kdNU2k :

Go to “Shared for Viewing” under the Files section

You’ll see the documents you’ve shared via link, Select the file you want to delete and hit the trash/delete icon

Once deleted, the link will stop working and no one will be able to access the document anymore.

4) How do I stop the plug-in from asking to share documents?
To stop the plug-in or avoid accidental sharing:

In Outlook, you can disable the Adobe Acrobat add-in by going to:
File > Options > Add-ins, at the bottom, choose COM Add-ins and click Go

Uncheck Adobe Acrobat and click OK, this will disable the plug-in from showing up in Outlook.

Hope this information will help
