how do i delete or move a fillable box

I'm new to Acrobat DC and need to edit an exiting fillable form.  I have changed the text boxes but can't move or delete the blue boxes the answers are typed into.  I need to finish this asap.  Help appreciated.  Thanks.

    The "blue boxes" are probably just the editable form fields. To be able to edit them you need to go into Prepare Form mode.

    To cancel the blue color highlighting go to Edit - Preferences - Forms and tick off the "Show border hover color for fields" box.
