How do I cancel this account and get my money back. I can already tell this is way to difficult for me amd was not expecting it to be so hard to down lad a simple document.

Sorry for the delayed response.
If the pdf form is an attachment in an email in MS outlook for ex. you can click the down arrow next to the attachment and save it on the machine using save as option.(below is the screenshot) Once the pdf is saved, you can open it in Acrobat using right-click > open with > and select Adobe Acrobat.
