How do I download permanent license Acrobat Standard?

I purchased a permanent license with a new laptop. The first download from Dell link to Adobe failed. Can't find any way to try again. All downloads appear to be subscription based. Why is this so hard?

adobe download links prior to cc 2020 are available from prodesigntools.com. but you should probably contact dell.

follow the directions (esp, step 1)

save the install file. it may not remain online.
