How Do I Edit My Picture.

I have adobe acrobat pro 64bit. I am trying to edit my picture that I just added but it won't let me it just let me move around but never expand anything. I don't understand what to do this doesnt even make sense.

Arobat has no integrated image editor and relies for that on external helper programs like Photoshop, as @Monika Gause suggested. For vector graphics, it relies on Adobe Illustrator.

Maybe use Photoshop for ediing images.
