How do I enable Add or Edit Text Box in Acrobat X Pro top menu?

I have an old version of this product. I have had to reinstall windows (then upgraded to windows 11). Prior to doing so, I did not see this issue. Yet, now I no longer see the option to view the Typewriter/add or edit text box, unless I look for various Tools in the side menu. I would like to see if there is an option to re-enable this tool in the top toolbar.

Advice would be appreciated.
