How do I ensure my subscription does not renew?

How do i ensure that my subscription will end and not renew?  I got duped into a one year subscription and couldn't cancel without paying for the year. Now I am a month away from being able to cancel but there is no way to ensure my subscription will terminate. If I try to cancel now, I still get charged a penalty. I just want to get as far away as I can from Adobe and their customer unfriendly processes. I learned the hard way not to do business with them.  Any advice on how to ensure I can escape from this?

You should have been able to get a refund before, at least a partial one... But never mind.

To cancel your plan go to: https://account.adobe.com/?lang=en

Click "Manage Plan". Click "Cancel your plan". Proceed from there.

Alternatively, contact Adobe Support directly for help with this issue:

Same here. They don't have a "Do Not Renew" option.
